Here only few advices that will be shared together as for our knowledge.
I do to remind my students that in choosing their education university, I strongly encourage s to go for IPTA rather than IPTS.
If the form of IPTA is being opened, try to apply for it. If you are rejected for that IPTA, wait for the second intake of the application. This is because to reduce much of your parent's money. Some parents may perhaps could to support of your education life, but until when you want to depends on them? You are matured enough to decide good things.
Eventhough there are the PTPTN as your money supply,
but it will suffers you whole life. Trust me.
